The Coaching Portal is the central hub for performance insights within Orum’s AI Coaching Suite.
For managers, it acts as a command center—a single place to track rep performance, identify coaching opportunities, and celebrate wins.
For reps, it serves as a personal performance dashboard, highlighting strengths, areas to improve, and calls worth reviewing.
You can access the portal from the Coaching tab in Orum’s main navigation bar. Clicking into this tab will take you directly to the Rep Performance Dashboard.
Note: The Coaching Portal is part of Orum’s AI Coaching Suite, available as an add-on to the core Orum Dialer package. If you’d like to learn more, please contact your dedicated CSM or request a demo.
On the left side of the Coaching Portal, you’ll find options to:
Search for a rep by name.
Browse by team, expanding dropdown menus to select individual reps.
This makes it easy to move between different reps and compare performance across your organization.
Once you’ve selected a rep, the Coaching Portal displays their overall performance dashboard:
Overall Score
A composite score based on both activity metrics and AI call scorecards.
Helps managers quickly gauge performance at a glance.
Date Range Selector
Currently supports weekly views for precise coaching cycles.
Allows you to track performance changes week over week.
Achievements (Moments Worth Celebrating)
Highlights standout calls, milestones, or improvements.
Perfect for managers to recognize wins during team meetings or one-on-ones.
Where to Focus Panel

Clicking View Details expands into deeper insights (explained below).
Activity Metrics
Standard top-line metrics including:
Calls placed
Connect rate
Conversation rate
Objection win rate
Meeting conversion rate
Enables both reps and managers to track productivity and outcomes.
AI Scorecard Performance
Aggregated scoring across all calls for the selected date range.
Evaluates discovery skills, objection handling, tone, clarity, and best practices.
When you expand a focus area, you’ll see:
Breakdowns of specific challenges (e.g., low objection win rate).
Objection trends: which objections occur most frequently and which cause the most difficulty.
Performance over time: trendlines showing whether the rep is improving in that skill.
Goal tracking: charts comparing progress against goals and peer benchmarks.
Call highlights: Calls from that specific rep that need coaching or calls to share from their peers.
This gives managers actionable context for coaching sessions while helping reps see exactly where they stand.
Calls Needing Coaching
AI automatically flags calls that would most benefit from coaching.
Saves managers time by surfacing only the most relevant recordings.
Calls to Share
Identifies successful peer calls worth reviewing.
Example: if a teammate handled an objection well, managers can easily share that call with others.
Encourages peer learning and knowledge-sharing across the team.
The Coaching Portal is designed to cut down coaching time, highlight the right insights, and make performance improvement transparent. Managers get a scalable way to guide their teams, and reps get a clear path to better conversations and results.
