Now, when someone calls your Orum number, you’ll get a real-time text that includes everything you need to feel confident answering:

• 📞 Who’s calling (Prospect Name + Account)

• 📆 When you last reached out

• 📈 Which sequence you used

• 📋 Your notes from the last call

You’ll also get a quick welcome message the first time you receive one, encouraging you to save Orum’s contact card so you always know it's us.

How to set it up

Set up takes less than a minute:

1. Head to your Dialer tab in Orum

2. Under the Call From menu, locate your callback number

3. Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to it

4. You’ll see a new toggle: “Enable SMS notifications for inbound callbacks”

   

5. Turn it on and hit Done

Once enabled, you’ll receive a welcome text from Orum with a quick note to save the number in your contacts—this is the number that will send you real-time prospect info anytime a callback comes in.

That’s it. You’re set.
