This article outlines the steps needed to setup Orum's Gong Engage Integration.
Gong Engage Technical Administrator as well as Orum Administrator privileges are required to complete setup.
For a seamless Orum<>Gong Engage integration we recommend completing the following tasks.
First, enable Telephony Calls for all users who want to leverage the integration. This setting should already be turned on but is worth checking now. It is required to be on to link the two systems later.
Second, ensure all Telephony Calls are set to export to CRM. This is important to ensure data flow occurs like you would expect it to. There is a good chance this is already configured as well; however, it never hurts to confirm.
