Live Streams and Recordings
Updated 2 months ago

Orum lets you livestream and review real sales conversations directly within the platform. Whether you want to stream a meeting in real-time or study past meetings, Orum makes it easy to tune in, collaborate with your team, and even spin up custom AI roleplays from real data.

How to Access Live Streams and Recordings

  1. Go to the Salesfloor tab in Orum.

  2. Click on the Pulse dropdown.

From there, you’ll see two tabs:

  • Live Streams

  • Recordings

Watching a Live Stream

To join a call that’s currently in progress:

  1. Navigate to the Live Streams tab.

  2. If Zoom is integrated, you’ll see a thumbnail preview of the meeting.

  3. Click the thumbnail to watch the session in real time.

Note: Audio plays automatically when you click into the stream.

Watch in Room (Create a Watch Party)

Want to collaborate while watching?

  • Click the dropdown next to “Watch in Room” to choose a room.

  • You can join an existing room or create a new one for the watch party.

  • This lets your team watch the call together—react, comment, or coach live.

Additional Features

  • Filter live streams by “Recently Started”.

  • Adjust volume controls directly from the dashboard without opening the stream.

Reviewing Past Recordings

To access previously recorded meetings:

  1. Go to the Recordings tab.

  2. You’ll see a list of your team’s past calls.

  3. Click any recording to open it in the built-in player.

In the Recording Player

Once you open a recording, you can:

  • Watch the full playback

  • View an AI-generated summary of the meeting

  • Watch in Room (same functionality as with live streams)

  • Launch an AI Roleplay based on the call data

Want to practice a moment from the call? Just hit “AI Roleplay” to simulate a training session with a virtual avatar using real meeting context. For more on using AI Roleplay, check out the full guide here.
