Subject: Outreach, SalesLoft, and Hubspot users may notice a skip button above their call list, and this article serves to discuss the use of the skip feature.
The skip button affects the actual sequence/cadence in Outreach/Salesloft and allows you to skip the step the prospect is on, completing that task as well.
To make the skip button appear, simply check the box on the left-hand side of the call task you wish to skip, and the button will appear just above the call list.
Important to note: This is an option when using our Outreach, Salesloft and Hubspot Integrations. Users will not be able to see the skip button in the "All one-off due tasks" list due to the nature of this feature!
