You can avoid recording calls based on a few different criteria. This can be done in Settings > System within Orum under “Call Recordings”. After the call recording has been toggled on by an Orum Admin, the following selections can be made to account for two-party consent states:
Automatically record all calls made to the US and Canada
Automatically record calls in the following area codes:
We’ve listed area codes of states that have two-party consent laws below. At the bottom of this article is a list of these codes that you can copy-paste into the Orum Settings section:
