Chart I: What are the most common dispositions?
This chart is useful for understanding disposition trends for a particular Rep. This chart is great for 1:1 coaching and performance management.
Use the Filters on the left-hand side of Orum Analytics to select a specific Rep. You can also filter for things like date range, specific list dialed, and more.
If you only want to see Connects, ensure "Connect" is listed in the box above the chart.
Chart II: What dispositions are reps recording?
This chart is useful for understanding disposition trends across multiple Reps. This chart is great for group planning and resource allocation.
Apply a Team filter (if available) to focus on groups of Reps.
If you only want to see Connects, ensure "Connect" is listed in the box above the chart.
If you remove the "Connect" Outcome filter(s), you will notice a lot more Data is added to the chart(s): all of your non-connected calls!
All of your non-connect Dispositions will be added to the chart. These are the dispositions Rep used when they did not reach the intended Prospect.
This view can be intimidating at first, but is very helpful in understanding what is preventing you from reaching your prospects. Is it bad data (lots of "Wrong numbers")? Are we getting hung up on ("Hook rejected")?
Without a robust disposition strategy, you may miss out on this value. Here's our recommended list of Dispositions.
Orum's automation language will also be added to the chart. These are calls where the Orum dialer automatically moved the Rep to the next call.
