You can program Orum to navigate dial trees automatically while parallel dialing.
If a dial-by-name directory is encountered, Orum will try to find and connect to the prospect. If the system cannot locate the directory or the prospect's name, Orum will end the call and move on to the next contact.
A dial tree, also known as a phone menu, auto-attendant, or interactive voice response (IVR) system, is a telephony feature that guides callers through a series of menu options to reach their desired contact. These systems are commonly used in corporate phone numbers to streamline call routing.
Programming a dial tree involves manually navigating through the dial tree once, so Orum can record the steps and automate the process in future calls. This ensures that you won't have to manually navigate the same dial tree again.
Parallel Dial List
Parallel dial your entire list and click the RED reset button after dialing through the list. Prospects with the “Dial Tree” label indicate Orum either could not find a dial-by-name directory or the prospect’s name within the system.
