In addition to manually selecting call-from numbers, users can enhance their connection rates by enabling Boost Connect.
This feature allows Orum to automatically select the optimal call-from number with the highest potential for a successful connection. The selection is based on a proprietary algorithm that analyzes a variety of intelligence signals, such as historical data and prospect information.
When Boost Connect is enabled, Orum will automatically choose the best call-from number. If no better alternative is found, Orum will use the fallback number selected by the user from their dropdown list of call-from numbers.
Boost Connect can be enabled or disabled by the account admin:
Go to Settings > System > Boost Connect
Toggle the feature on or off
When Boost Connect is disabled at the account level, individual users will not see the Boost Connect toggle on the left side panel in the Dialer page.
