Subject: This article serves to guide users through the mass re-adding of previously removed prospects/numbers.
Note: his can only be done at the user level, and can not be done for an entire org at once. If needed to do a bulk re-add for an entire org, please reach out to support for further assistance.
The first is when you are looking at a list in the Dialer. They will appear at the bottom of the list under the Uncallable section.
If you want to re-add removed numbers/prospects, click "Re-Add Prospect."
The second location you can find removed numbers/prospects is in Call History.
On the left-hand side of Call History, select the menu option "Statuses" and check the box "Removed".
You should now see only previously removed prospects.
Check the box next to the prospects you would like to re-add or check the master box to the left of "Rep."
You will then see the action buttons appear above the list, and can select to "Re-Add."
