DNC automations enhance your organization’s compliance and efficiency by providing centralized management of Do Not Call (DNC) lists. This functionality includes three automations that prevent unwanted contact with suspended prospects or numbers, ensuring that your sales reps don’t waste time calling numbers that should not be contacted.
These are org-wide automation and can only be performed by Admins in an account. Once a prospect or number is added to the DNC list, the effect is applied to all users across the entire account.
Automation | Functionality | Effect |
---|---|---|
Add prospect to DNC | Prospect will be removed from Orum for all reps in your organization and will not be called again. | All phone numbers associated with this prospect are suspended, preventing future calls. |
Add number to DNC | Number will be removed from Orum for all reps in your organization and will not be called again, even if the prospect is different. | The selected number is suspended, ensuring it cannot be dialed by any user within the organization. |
Add prospect and number to DNC | Prospect and number will be removed from Orum for all reps in your organization and will not be called again | Both the prospect and all associated numbers are added to the DNC list, ensuring no contact. |
