Call forwarding allows a prospect to call you back on the numbers you’re calling from in Orum.
PLEASE NOTE: When using the following steps to activate call forwarding, Orum's telephony provider needs approximately 5-10 minutes before the system will function as expected.
Not only is it important for prospects to be able to call you back, but phone numbers are more likely to be flagged as illegitimate SPAM when they don't ring to a real person or business.
Click the “number you choose” hyperlink in the subtext of the sidebar:

Our system will call you and ask you to enter in a 6 digit code. Enter the code that’s displayed our your screen, and we’ll save your callback phone:

If you are dialed into a session, you will see a notification pop-up and can answer it there.
If you are NOT dialed into a session and you have Call Forwarding set up, your desired phone will ring when a prospect calls you back. Your caller ID will show the Orum call-from number that you used to call the prospect.

Due to the limiting technical aspects of using several junctures of VoiP telephony, this is not recommended. Orum recommends having calls forwarded to a landline or mobile phone.
Please note that prospects will not know your landline or mobile number! The number a prospect calls you back at is the Orum call-from number you dialed them from.
Yes. Provided that your Orum account is enabled for international dialing to the country that your international number is in.
Please be sure to format your international call forwarding number as a single string starting with the country code. Example: +440718907654
On the dialer page, simply navigate to the area under the call-from number section of Orum's left. Users will see "call forwarding" and hovering over it will let edit the number. Remove the existing call forwarding number, then use the instructions towards the top of this article if a new call forwarding number needs to be added.
