What is a failed or busy number?

A failed or busy call is when you attempt to call a number, and the line immediately disconnects or you hear the standard busy signal.

How does Orum determine a failed number?

Orum will attempt to dial a phone number 3 times before determining that it cannot be dialed, the 3 dials can occur over any length of time.

How to Skip Failed or Busy Numbers

Orum can be set up to skip failed numbers by checking the box "Auto Skip busy/failed calls" when power dialing.

This automation is built in on the parallel dialer.
