Subject: Outreach users may notice a skip button above their call list, and this article serves to discuss the use of the skip feature.
To make the skip button appear, simply check the box on the left-hand side of the call task you wish to skip, and the button will appear just above the call list.
***Important to note: This is an OUTREACH ONLY button and users will not be able to see the skip button in the "All one-off due tasks" list due to the nature of this feature!
What does the skip button do?
The skip button affects the actual sequence in outreach and allows you to skip the step the prospect is on.
