Subject: Salesloft has a require sentiments setting that can disrupt how Orum and Salesloft work together.
Explanation and best practice:
Sentiments are the feelings you get from a conversation. Like was it a positive feeling or a negative feeling.
Requiring sentiments for all calls comes into conflict with the way Orum operates as we automate marking unanswered dispositions, but would not know the sentiment (aka feeling) of that unanswered call.
We need the box below (Require sentiments to be logged) unchecked to be sure that all calls are being logged, and so that your call tasks can move to the next step within Salesloft.
