Subject: This knowledge article discusses Orum's Salesfloor page. It includes an overview of the feature, live listening, rep level, and manager level functionalities.
Table Of Contents:
Overview:
The top page navigation bar in Orum includes a link to the Salesfloor page. This page allows reps and managers:
- To see which reps are actively logged in to Orum
- To see the reps who are on connected calls with prospects
- The ability to listen in on connected calls that are currently taking place
When accessing the Salesfloor page, users can expect to see the below image when no one is dialing.
If there are users that are logged in to Orum, the Salesfloor page will show the users that are dialing or in calls along with different statuses. These statuses are displayed underneath the user's name on the left. Status descriptions are as follows:
- Connected: The rep is connected in a live conversation with a prospect.
- Salesfloor prioritizes these calls and they are displayed at the top of the list.
- An active counter of the call duration is also displayed.
- Power dialing: The rep is actively power dialing a prospect.
- Prospect name and company will be displayed while reps are power dialing.
- # parallel dials: The rep is dialing multiple prospects, but has not been bridged into a live conversation.
- Please note that prospect info will not be displayed until the rep is connected with a single prospect.
- Paused: The rep is in an active dialing session but has paused dialing.
Live Listening:
To begin listening to connected calls, users must first click the "START LISTENING" button shown below. This begins the listening session.
Once the session has been started, the "LISTEN" buttons on the right of the screen will become available.
The left side of the Salesfloor page has several options available to the user:
- "STOP LISTENING" button - ends the current listen session for the user
- "AUTO LISTEN" - allows the user the ability to automatically play audio for the next connected call, pending the filter options chosen below
- "TEAMS" and "REPS" Filter - (available after Beta release) helps the user reduce the amount of teams / reps that are displayed in the page
Clicking anywhere in the row of an active call will display additional connected call details to the user prior to the decision to listen in. To display this pop up, simply click anywhere in an active call row, then the call's additional information will be displayed.
On the Salesfloor main page, users can simply click the "LISTEN" button on the right side of active calls to play the audio for the call. Salesfloor will also display additional call details once the audio is connected.
NOTES:
