If your organization uses multiple integrations, knowing how to switch between them in Orum can enhance your workflow and efficiency. This guide will walk you through the steps to seamlessly switch between integrations.
Please note this will take effect after your company's Orum instance has been converted to support multiple integrations.
If you are an existing Orum user with separate accounts for each of your integrations, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support to help merge accounts.
Step 1: Access the Dialer Page
- From the main dialer page in Orum, an additional pull-down menu is now available in the top left-hand corner titled "SELECTED INTEGRATION."
Step 2: Select the Desired Integration
- Use this pull-down menu to choose which connected CRM integration you would like to use for making calls in Orum.
