Note: This guide is only for orgs looking to set up multiple integrations for their Orum account.

Reach out to our team to get a new integration up and running for your organization, enabling your org to swap between multiple integrations.

Contact Your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager

  • Reach out directly via email.
  • Include the following details:
    • Plan type
    • Integrations that will be used
    • Admin for your company and their email address

If you don't have a designated Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, you can:

Submit a Support Request

  • Submit a support request here
  • Fill in the description box with the following details:
    • What does this ticket relate to? ‘Support Request’
    • Plan type
    • Integrations that will be used
    • Admin for your company and their email address
  • Finally, click "SUBMIT."

By following these steps, you can start the process to setup multiple integrations for your org.
