Multiple Integrations: How To Create A New Org In Orum

Subject: This article discusses how to create a new Org in Orum.  Please note this will take effect after your company's Orum instance has been converted under the new Unified Accounts feature.

 

Process:

1. In order to create a new Org in Orum, please reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager directly via email.  Please be sure to include details regarding dialer type (power or parallel), which integrations will be used, and who the Admin for your company will be along with their email address.

2. If your account does not have either of these personnel designated, Please navigate to our Support Webpage (support.orum.com) and click on "SUBMIT A SUPPORT REQUEST".

3. Choose the "SUPPORT REQUEST" option from the pull down.  Fill in the description box with the details of your Org creation request.  Please be sure to include details regarding dialer type (power or parallel), which integrations will be used, and who the Admin for your company will be along with their email address. Finally, click "SUBMIT".
