With the activation of Orum's Unified Accounts, your Analytics and Call History pages now seamlessly display combined data from all your CRM integrations, streamlining your workflow for a more efficient experience.
If you previously had separate accounts for each integration, this update will merge them, giving you a more seamless experience across all your CRM integrations.
Analytics

After your accounts are merged, the Analytics page will automatically update to display calls from all your CRM integrations.

You’ll see a message at the top of the page confirming this change. No other functionality on the Analytics page is affected.
Call History

The Call History page will now show calls made across all your CRM integrations, combining everything in one place.

An informational message will appear on the page, confirming this update.
- You can still click on any prospect's name to view detailed information specific to them.
