1. The Analytics page will display the informational message box seen below. Orum Analytics now shows calls made by users across all CRM integrations. This is the only change to the Analytics page functionality at this time. Please speak to your CSM if you have any further questions. Thank you!
Call History Page:
**Please expect this to be active after you have been advised that the new Unified Accounts feature has been activated in your Orum instance.
1. The Call History page will display the informational message box seen below. Orum's Call History page now shows calls made by users across all CRM integrations:
2. By clicking on a prospect's name, Orum users can view their specific information.
