Here’s how to log and disposition incoming calls directly from the Call History page in Orum.
How It Works
When you receive incoming calls that haven’t been logged or dispositioned, Orum will display a red alert symbol with a message that reads "Log inbound call,”.
Note: The phone number shown in Call History will be the prospect's number, not the Call From number they dialed.
Logging an Inbound Call
To log an inbound call:
- Click "Log inbound call".
- A popup will appear, allowing you to disposition the call
- Select the appropriate disposition. Orum will then log the call to the task associated with the last call made to the prospect.
CRM Task Designation Notes
- Inbound vs. Outbound Activity: Not all CRMs differentiate between inbound and outbound call activity. All calls logged by Orum will be designated as "outbound."
- Task Completion: Depending on the selected disposition, the outbound call task for that contact will be completed or not completed based on your existing rules.
