Subject: Orum has now the ability to mark/edit a phone number’s status without going into the users CRM. This is currently only available for Outreach. (other CRM’s will have this feature in the future)
When a user is leveraging an Outreach integration with Orum, a small circle will be displayed next to the prospect's number after the call has concluded:
After clicking the circle, there are 4 options a user can choose from: Valid, Questionable, Invalid, No Status. the selection made will impact the number's status in Outreach as well.
