Daily Best Practices for Reps

Orum recommends the following 3 best practices for reps prior to starting their calling hours.


1. Reset tasks in CRM. Orum only populates tasks which are due or past due.


2. Use Orum's "Check Caller ID Reputation" feature to view results for the call from number that has been chosen.



3. Update or Clear Filters in Orum.
