- Navigate to Call History tab in Orum
- Select Rep name (if needed)
- Find the call and scroll to the right and look for the ‘recording’ column
- Click the “Link” hyperlink for the call
- New page will open, save the address at the top
***If these links are not available, it could be due to the user's access permissions or because call recording is not enabled.
