CHANGE SAVED DISPOSITION

Issue: Dialer needs to update a disposition in Call History.

Resolution Steps:

  1. Navigate to Call History Tab Orum_-_Dashboard__74_.png
  2. Under the Disposition Column, editable dispositions will appear as a blue hyperlink, click the link to edit.

**Please note: this only affects Orum.  If you need the change to come through in your CRM, you'll need to go and manually change the disposition there.
