When I log in, Salesforce returns an error or blank screen

If you're encountering an error or a blank screen when logging in via Salesforce, you might need assistance from your System Administrator to authorize Orum via OAuth.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Salesforce Setup Section:
    • Navigate to Managed Apps.
    • Select Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
  2. Install Orum Policies:
    • The System Administrator may need to “Install” the Orum policies to change permissions.
    • Approve the Orum App for your Salesforce instance.
