Call Dispositions
Orum logs all calls within its platform and surfaces disposition analytics in its Analytics Tab.
The dispositions you see are based off of the dispositions being pulled from your CRM. Orum will also list a few dispositions that are automatically chosen during our automated calling sessions such as:
-
went to voicemail - The call went to voicemail, and we did not leave a pre-recorded voicemail.
-
went to voicemail - name match - Same as above, and we also confirmed the answering machine said either the person’s first or last name, or a nickname.
-
left voicemail - The call went to voicemail, and we left a pre-recorded voicemail.
-
left voicemail - name match - Same as above, and we also confirmed the answering machine said either the person’s first or last name, or a nickname.
-
no answer - There was no answer, and the call didn’t go to voicemail.
-
busy - There was a busy tone.
-
failed
-
The call failed = the call failed to dial, think about when you make a call on your cell phone and it just fails to dial out for some reason, then you try again.
-
Detected a failed call = something on the recipient's end prevented the call from successfully dialing that prospect (not a working number or something similar).
-
-
cancelled - The call was cancelled, either because the rep pressed the pause button, the rep hung up, or a human was detected in another call while this call was ongoing.
-
dial tree - The call was routed to a dial tree.
-
dial tree - no directory - The dial tree that was routed to didn’t have a call directory to navigate. It only asked for an extension.
