How is Orum Logging Activity?
When Orum fully completes a call and dispositions it, it will log that activity to your respective CRM.
Orum will NOT log calls that are marked as cancelled or somehow incomplete.
SFDC
In SFDC - this is logged as a call activity. In the subject line, it will be:
[Orum] Call - [Phone Field Selected] - [Disposition]
For example, [Orum] Call Phone - Booked meeting
Orum will also write the chosen disposition to the Call Result field on the task, provide the duration of the call in seconds to the “Call Duration” field, and if there are Recordings enabled, we will provide a link to a chosen field.
Outreach
With Outreach - If it’s a list intelligence disposition, Orum will log the call activity with the disposition in the notes, including the duration of the call, the outgoing phone # and the # we are calling, and also tag the call with the disposition.
For connects where you choose a disposition, it will log normally in Outreach. Call Duration will be logged in the notes field.
SalesLoft
With Salesloft - If it’s a list intelligence disposition, Orum will log the call activity with the disposition in the notes, including the duration of the call, the outgoing phone # and the # we are calling, and provide a link to the recording in the notes field. For connects where you choose a disposition/sentiment, it will log normally in Salesloft. Call Duration will be logged in the notes field.
