FAQs
1. How does Orum identify overdue tasks?
Overdue tasks are synced directly from your SEP based on their due dates. They include both one-off due tasks and sequence due tasks.
2. Will overdue tasks automatically disappear when completed?
Yes*, once a task is marked as complete, it will no longer appear in the "Overdue Tasks" list. *NOTE: If you have the setting turned on for one-off tasks to complete only upon a connect in your personal setting, this setting will also be respected in the Overdue Task list.
3. Can I customize how overdue tasks are displayed?
Currently, the default view is sorted by one-off tasks followed by sequence due tasks organized by most overdue. You can use the column feature to customize your list view.
- How can I know which tasks are One-Off vs Sequence tasks?
Sequence Tasks will have the Sequence Name field populated, if this field is empty it is a One-Off task.
