The Account Performance Dashboard allows you to see both the breadth and depth of the accounts your team is engaging with and what outcomes are being achieved.
In the Summary Metrics see how many accounts have been dialed, how many times each account has been dialed, the number of prospects dialed in each account, and rates of connects, conversations, and meetings per account.
See broken-out metrics by each individual account to understand what activity is happening on each account and the impact of that activity so you can more effectively coach your reps about where to allocate their efforts on each account they are working.
View the recorded dispositions and outcomes for each account to see what responses are most common and how engaged individual accounts are.
