Re-Add Removed Prospects in bulk.

Subject: This article serves to guide users through the mass re-adding of previously removed prospects.

Important to note that this can only be done at the user level, and can not be done for an entire org at once. If needed to do a bulk re-add for an entire org, please reach out to support for further assistance.

 

To do a bulk re-add, navigate first to the call history tab. On the left-hand side select the menu option "Statuses" and check the box "Removed".

You should now see only previously removed prospects. Check the box next to the prospects you would like to re-add or check the master box to the left of "Rep".  You will then see the action buttons appear above the list, and can select to "Re-Add".
