Can I edit this field?
If a field is editable in your CRM, you will see an EDIT button to the right of the selected field.
Generally speaking, if a field is "editable" in your CRM, we try to allow users the ability to make changes to these fields in Orum as well. There are some limitations that come into play:
- Depending on which integration APIs is in use, we sometimes have restrictions on the data we can allow users to edit
- Permission sets within certain integrations can also cause fields to become un-editable
- Some fields are used as direct reference points to connect data in Orum to the CRM and are therefore uneditable.
