Archive and Unarchive Cadences

If you’re noticing more due tasks in Orum than in SalesLoft, it might be because legacy "tasks" in SalesLoft aren't reflecting the actual task counts. Archiving and unarchiving cadences can help resolve this issue. Follow this guide to learn how to manage your cadences effectively in SalesLoft.

Archive Cadence

  1. Find the Cadence:

    • Locate the cadence you want to archive.
    • Select the down arrow to the right of the Cadence Name to open the Cadence Page Actions.
  2. Archive the Cadence:

    • Click the "archive" icon. Archiving a cadence removes it from your Cadence list view.

    Note: You can still view archived cadences by selecting "Include Archived" under the filtering option.

Unarchive Cadence

  1. Go to the Cadences Page:
    • Navigate to the Cadences page in SalesLoft.
  2. Select the Archived Cadences Folder:
    • On the left, select the Archived Cadences folder.
  3. Unarchive the Cadence:
    • You will now see a list of cadences that you have archived. Click "Unarchive" to restore the cadence.
