This guide will walk you through the process of archiving and unarchiving sequences in Outreach, ensuring that your task counts in Orum reflect only the truly "due" tasks.
Archive a Sequence
To archive a single sequence in Outreach:
- Access the Outreach Platform: Log in to your Outreach account.
- Navigate to Sequences: Click the Sequences icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- More Options: Find the sequence you want to archive and click the More Options icon (three dots) to the right of the sequence.
- Select Archive: Choose Archive from the dropdown menu.
Archive Multiple Sequences
To archive multiple sequences at once:
- Access the Outreach Platform: Log in to your Outreach account.
- Navigate to Sequences: Click the Sequence icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- Select Sequences: Click to select the sequences you wish to archive.
- Manage Sequences: Click the Manage Sequences icon (padlock) and select Archive from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm Archiving: Click Confirm on the Archive Sequences confirmation popup.
- Complete: Click Done to finish.
Restore Archived Sequences

- Access the Outreach Platform: Log in to your Outreach account.

- Filter Archived Sequences: Click Views & Filters, then click Sort & Filter. Add a filter for State is Archived.
- Select Sequences: Click to select the sequences you want to restore.
- Manage Sequences: Click the Manage Sequences icon (padlock) and select Unarchive from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm Restoration: Click Confirm on the Restore Sequences confirmation popup.
- Complete: Click Done to finish.
