Orum’s enhanced integration with Outreach Kaia allows calls made during Orum high-volume dialing sessions to be automatically captured, recorded, and sent to Kaia for analysis.
Once enabled, every recorded Orum call becomes a searchable, analyzable asset inside Outreach—giving reps and managers richer coaching insights without changing their workflow.
Note: The integration must be enabled in both Orum and Outreach Admin Settings
Navigate to Admin Settings in Orum
Locate the Outreach Kaia integration
Toggle Kaia ON
Call recording must be enabled for Kaia to ingest and analyze audio
Recorded Orum calls are automatically sent to Outreach
Navigate to Administration
Under Tools, select Kaia
Scroll to the bottom and toggle Kaia call recording import from 3rd parties to ON
Once these settings are enabled, no additional rep action is required.
Not today. Kaia Live Assist does not currently surface real-time prompts during Orum dialing sessions. This is something we may explore in the future.
