If you need help adding a user, re-enabling an account, or changing someone’s access in Orum, the first step is to find the right person on your team.
In most cases, that person is an Orum admin. Not an admin? Start with ‘How to find your Orum admin’ and what non-admins can do before following the admin-only steps below.

What details to send your admin so they can help quickly
A quick way to check is whether you can access the admin user-management area in Orum.
Orum admins can go to:
Settings > People
From there, admins can:
View active users
Send invites
Check pending invites
Disable users
Re-enable previously disabled users
Update a user’s role or assign an available license type
If you do not see the admin settings area or People section, you are probably not an Orum admin.
No.
Only an Orum admin can handle in-app user management such as:
Inviting a new user
Re-enabling a disabled user
Disabling a user
Changing a user’s role
Assigning an available seat or license type
If you need one of those changes, contact your Orum admin.
Start with the people most likely to manage your Orum account internally, such as:
Your manager
Your RevOps or Sales Ops team
Your team lead
The person who originally invited you to Orum
The teammate who manages user access for your sales tools
If you were trying to follow admin instructions and realized you do not see the Settings > People area, that is another sign you likely do not have admin access.
Here are the most common requests a non-admin should send to their Orum admin.
Ask your admin to:
Go to Settings > People
Invite the new user
Choose the correct role
Assign an available license type
Select the correct initial integration
Helpful details to send your admin:
The new user’s work email address
The role they should have
Which integration they will use first (for example Salesforce or HubSpot)
Ask your admin to:
Go to Settings > People
Open Disabled Users
Re-enable your account if access should be restored
Helpful details to send your admin:
Your work email address
A screenshot of the error, if available
Whether you previously had access and when the issue started
Ask your admin to check:
Pending Invites in Settings > People
Whether the invite needs to be resent or canceled and recreated
Helpful details to send your admin:
Your work email address
Whether you received any invite email
Whether you may have been invited to the wrong Orum organization
Ask your admin to review:
Your current role
Your assigned license type
Whether there is an available seat of the needed type
Non-admin users generally cannot:
Invite new users
Re-enable disabled users
Change another user’s role
Assign or reassign seats
Increase or decrease the total number of seats on the account
If your request is about buying more seats, reducing seat count, or another contract-level change, that is not a self-service admin action inside Orum.
Usually, yes. If you cannot access the user-management area, you are likely not an Orum admin.
No. Your Orum admin needs to make the change or explicitly work with Orum on the request.
Admins can assign seats that are already available on the account, but contract-level seat-count changes are handled outside the in-app user-management flow.
Send:
Your work email address
A short description of what you need
Screenshots of any error message
The exact request, such as “Please re-enable my account” or “Please invite this new user”
