A failed or busy call is when you attempt to call a number, and the line immediately disconnects or you hear the standard busy signal. The following is a screenshot of how Orum looks when failed numbers are automatically removed and are unavailable to be dialed:
How does Orum determine a failed number?
The number must fail consistently over 3 separate days across our entire user base with no successful attempts in order to be placed in the 30 day hold. The number will automatically become dialable again at the end of the 30 days.
How to Skip Failed or Busy Numbers
Orum can be set up to skip failed numbers by checking the box "Auto Skip busy/failed calls" when power dialing.
This automation is built in on the parallel dialer.
Does this number stay flagged as failed/ busy forever?
No, We will remove this flag after a month.
